Desk Review Specialist

We need a qualified damage auditor to assist in our material damage department

In this role you will provide key feedback through detailed backend audits to assist leadership in optimizing the performance of our programs as well as continued adherence to compliance guidelines in the CCMD Department. You will review claim reports as well as conduct desk re-inspections/reviews of estimates/supplements from the various appraisal sources to streamline our task to talent workflow processes.

    Do you have what it takes to collect on files?

    The candidate will assist the company's subrogation effort by investigating, evaluating and negotiating subrogation claims while considering cost analysis. Candidate may also be responsible for assistance with policy exposure to both litigation and arbitration cases. The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience as an insurance adjuster or subrogation analyst with strong analytical, time management, customer service, negotiation and communication skills.
