• Laura L. Bivona

  Vice President, Operations

  

  Laura is the driving force behind our day-to-day operations. She provides overall direction and guidance to Hybrid Claims Group, focusing on the objective of maximizing growth and maintaining the customer service experience.  She’s efficient at directing and coordinating activities consistent with our company’s established goals, objectives and policies. Laura’s also responsible for workflow optimization, consistently creating and developing strategies to improve organizational goals.

  Prior to joining Hybrid Claims Group, Laura was the Director of Operations for American Casualty Audit Group. She was pivotal to ACAG’s success, and is equally so for Hybrid Claims Group. She’s a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

  Laura says that her hardest, yet most rewarding, job is being a mother to her three daughters. Many people ask her what her relationship to Mike Bivona is and ... we’ll leave you guessing. Right, Mrs. Bivona?

• Jim Salerno

  Claims Team Supervisor, SVP Marine Division

  

  Jim joined Hybrid Claims Group as the claims supervisor in October 2010. Salerno has more than 30 years of specialty lines claims experience with several major national insurance companies.

  He oversees Hybrid’s claims audit team, as well as the specialty lines claims team. Jim’s teams are responsible for developing and auditing physical damage estimates.  He’s also the head of the Hybrid Ocean Marine Claims Department.  Jim’s comprehensive experience in the technical aspect of marine claims allows Hybrid to offer a marine program like no other in the industry.

  Jim is a graduate of the Westlawn Institute of Marine Technology, the Florida Maritime Institue, and holds several insurance designations such as I-Car certifications, heavy equipment certifications and multiple marine certifications.

• Marissa Gomez

  Director of Subrogation

  

  Marissa directs, controls and monitors the workflow within Hybrid Claims Group’s Subrogation Unit. Her team is responsible for overall subrogation recoveries. Marissa’s skills in uninsured motorist and heavy equipment claims bring a unique skill set to our firm. Her ability to analyze subrogation claims, and find that hidden potential others often miss, gives her team, and the entire company, the edge needed to succeed.

• Beverly Giovanni

  Administrative Director

  

  Beverly oversees our support team, which is the “voice” of Hybrid Claims Group, and the first line of communication with our clients. Our primary focus is customer service, and Beverly meticulously carries out that mission. She’s responsible for significant administrative duties, and her role with Hybrid often includes work that (in other companies) is delegated to assistant or associate vice-presidents. Beverly’s role at Hybrid is distinguished by her cheery attitude and amazing contribution to our clients’ experience.
